Because we sell digital products only, there are important differences in how refunds and exchanges are handled. Please read our policy carefully before making your purchase.
🛍️ Digital Product Sales — No Refunds
All items on AlanPrints.com are digital downloads, which means once your payment is confirmed and the file is delivered (either via instant download or email), the product is considered “used” and cannot be returned or refunded.
We do not offer refunds for the following reasons:
- You changed your mind about the purchase
- You misunderstood the product type (all items are digital, not physical)
- You purchased the wrong item or size and already downloaded the file
- You failed to download or use the product due to lack of software knowledge
We encourage all customers to read the product description thoroughly before purchasing and contact us with any questions prior to checkout.
🔄 Exchanges – We’ve Got You Covered
We understand that mistakes can happen or that a file may not work correctly. That’s why we gladly offer free exchanges in the following situations:
✅ You received the wrong file or design
✅ You accidentally purchased the wrong format or size
✅ There’s a technical issue with the file (e.g., file corrupted, doesn’t open)
✅ You need a different ratio or print dimension of the same design
📅 Exchange Window
You must contact us within 7 days of your purchase to request an exchange. Please include:
- Your Order ID
- The email used at checkout
- A brief description of the issue or reason for exchange
We’ll respond within 24–48 hours and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
📌 What to Know Before Requesting an Exchange
- Exchanges are limited to equal or lesser value items
- We do not exchange items after file delivery and download, unless there is a verifiable issue with the file itself
- Each design is for personal use only and not to be resold or redistributed
